Nothing but Dental Extraction

History of Dental Extraction

without comments

In early human history, chronic tooth infections were linked to other diseases. To cure these, many resorted to tooth extraction. Guy de Chaulic invented the dental pelican in the 14th century. Back then, it was the main tool for dental extraction. In the 18th century, the dental key replaced the pelican. And in the 20th century, the forceps became the main tool for extraction.
